1. What are the available shipping methods and prices?
In our e-store, we offer several delivery methods, including standard delivery by courier, delivery in several parcels, for example Omniva, Venipak, DPD, Circle K stations and also in Latvijas Pasta. The delivery price depends on the chosen delivery method, prices can be seen when completing the basket, choosing a certain delivery method. For delivery outside Latvia, the delivery costs must be specified by writing to info@pspot.eu
2. How long will the delivery take?
Standard delivery usually takes [4-7 working days], depending on warehouse location. For goods located in Riga, delivery usually takes 1-2 working days (depending on when the order was placed). Order processing and delivery times may vary depending on product availability and your location.
3. Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?
You can also make a purchase without an account (As a Guest), but by creating an account, you will be able to more conveniently follow the status of orders and receive exclusive offers and discounts.
4. What is the return policy?

We offer several payment methods, including credit cards, Internet banking, bank transfer, payment by card upon receipt of the product in the Omniva package, and a payment option is also available in cooperation with Esto leasing.

Yes, it is possible to track the order on our website. After placing your order, you will receive an order number that you can use to track your order to you. Then you will need to create your customer account on our website.
